At the beginning of each season, our Season Ticket subscribers have the opportunity to book their seats before they go on sale to the general public. Then, generally four months prior to the start of the season, tickets for all individual productions are available for purchcase.
We invite you to call our Group Coordinator for ticket quantities greater than 12. You will receive special pricing and great service! Visit our Group’s web page for more information. Then call us at 970-744-3753 to book your group.
Unfortunately, seats cannot be held without payment. Please have all information at hand when ordering as there are no refunds.
Although Candlelight will decide on a case by case basis, performances will typically NOT be cancelled due to weather. In the event of a performance cancellation, we will make every attempt to notify scheduled patrons by phone and also post an update on our Facebook page.
At the Candlelight, you are our very important guests. Simply call us no later than 48 hours prior to your ticketed performance and we will transfer your reservation to another date of the same show. If the transfer is to a higher priced performance the patron will be charged the difference.
We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover online or over the phone or cash/check in person.
ADA parking and ramps will ease your arrival to our theater. We offer wheelchair seating in the center row of our theater. Be sure to mention the need for wheelchair seating when calling the box office for ticket reservations. Wheelchair seating cannot be reserved online.
To allow for a relaxed dining experience, we recommend you arrive for lunch/dinner no later than fifteen minutes after seating begins.
LATE ARRIVALS – We will do our best to accomodate dinner patrons arriving within 30 minutes of curtain. This may include a limited menu served at intermission. No refunds are made for late patrons.

Texting during a performance or a ringing cell phone is a distraction for audience members and performers. If you bring a cell phone into the theatre, please turn it off before the performance begins. If you must use your phone at intermission, remember to turn it off before re-entering the theatre.
We will be happy to announce your occasion from the stage if requested in advance through the Box Office or by filling out the comment card at your table.
To comply with strict licensing regulations, the use of cameras, recording equipment, and picture cell phones are strictly prohibited during performances. You may take pictures at your table prior to the performance.
Gift Certificates make wonderful gifts for everyone on your shopping list! They can be ordered online, over the phone, or in person and are available in any amount. Gift certificates can be emailed directly to you and conveniently printed off at home.
Call our Box Office at 970-744-3747 to place your ticket order. Be sure to have your Gift Certificate or Gift Ticket available. We will need the numbers from the certificate when you place your order. If there is a balance left after your purchase, another Gift Certificate will be issued for the remaineder which you may pick up at the theater when you attend you show.
In general, Candlelight Dinner Playhouse welcomes children ages 5 and above. Some productions may not be suitable for young children. If you are unsure, please ask the Box Office Agent. Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatres.
Discounted tickets are available for children aged 5 to 12 and students aged 13 to 18 for all regular performances. Please ask the Box Office Agent when ordering tickets.
Assisted Listening Devices are available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please inquire at the Will Call desk when you arrive at the theater.
Yes. We offer ‘Show Only’ tickets for most performances at the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse. These tickets are only available through the Box Office and some seating restrictions apply.
If you or someone in your party has a special dietary request or concern, please bring it to the attention of your reservationist when you place your ticket order. Candlelight offers vegetarian and gluten free options. Simply ask your server or check our dining page for complete menu.
Yes we do – and we call it Colorado casual. While some patrons will dress up for a special occasion, at the Candlelight we want you to be comfortable during your evening. Everything from casual to elegant is accepted.
To allow our entire audience to enjoy the performance, children under 5 are not admitted to the theater.
Ticket reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you must miss a reservation, you must notify the CDP Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the reserved performance, or as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a new date of that show with prior notice based on availability.
