About

So Much More Than The Sum Of Its Parts

Think about “dinner and a show.” Sure, a show is nice, dinner out is fun, but put them together and you’ve got a night out like no other. At the Candlelight, dinner and a show are inseparable…each extensive menu is specifically designed to parallel the performance you’re seeing, making your mouth water not just for the meal but for the show as well.

This attention to detail has allowed the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse to become the largest and most popular professional dinner theater in Colorado, performing musicals both old and new and hosting Grammy award-winning performers.

Located just south of Loveland and north of Longmont, the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse was built to enhance, nurture, and support the arts that northern Colorado is known for. When you’re ready for that perfect evening or afternoon, see what “dinner and a show” will fit you best .

If you purchased tickets online or with a Box Office Agent, you would NOT need to pick up tickets of any kind from the Will Call Desk*, and you do NOT need tickets for entry. To check in once seating begins, give your LAST NAME to the Will Call Agents at the Host Station. The Host Station is in the lobby by the entrance into the theater. They will check you in and a host will assist you to your table. All patrons must check in at the Host Station, even if you know where your table is located.

*Official Group Reservations that are booked through our Group Sales Manager may have tickets mailed to them or available at the Will Call Desk for pick-up, to aid in the process of checking in for seating. Please refer to your group paperwork for details.

At the beginning of each season, our Season Ticket subscribers have the opportunity to book their seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. Then, generally six months prior to the start of the season, individual tickets for all productions are available for purchase by the general public. We recommend booking your seats as early as possible to ensure the best seating available.

Concert Tickets are on sale immediately once an official announcement of a concert has been made via email and social media. Concerts tend to sell out fast, so we recommend booking as soon as the announcement is released.

Group packages are more than just seats in the theater. Candlelight is proud to offer discounts and advantages for larger groups and their coordinators. We will customize your group package to meet your specific needs.

These perks cannot be offered online so we invite you to call our Group Sales Manager for ticket quantities greater than 12. You will receive special pricing and great service!

Visit our Group’s web page for more information and fill out a group inquiry form: https://coloradocandlelight.com/tickets/#groups

Then call us at 970-744-3753 to book your group!

Seats cannot be held without payment.  All seats are reserved on a “First Come, First Served” basis. Please have all information at hand when ordering. There are no refunds or exchanges.

If 2 or more seats are empty at a table, the empty seats at the table are available for purchase by any patron and the table will be shared by multiple parties. To guarantee a private table, you must purchase every seat at that table, except one.

Performances will typically NOT be canceled due to weather, although Candlelight will decide on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a performance cancellation, we will make every attempt to notify scheduled patrons by phone, email, and social media. Box Office Agents will work with each patron to find a new performance to attend.

If you don’t feel comfortable attending due to weather conditions,  you must notify the Candlelight as quickly as possible. No refunds will be given in these cases. Box Office Agents will work with each patron to find a new performance to attend.

Ticket reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you must miss a reservation, you must notify the Candlelight Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the reserved performance, or as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a new date of that show with prior notice based on availability. If the transfer is to a higher priced performance the patron will be charged the difference.
