Accessing Your Tickets

Accessing the Ticket Wallet

You can access your tickets from either a desktop computer or a mobile device.

Mobile Users

Visit The Ticketing Portal

Scan the QR code below.

Sign In

  1. Sign in using your Candlelight Dinner Theater username email and password.
  2. The login page also includes a “Forgot Password” option if you need to reset your information.

View Your Tickets

  1. You will be taken directly to your Ticket Wallet.
  2. Your tickets will appear immediately once you are logged in.
  3. To view all of your upcoming shows, select: “Upcoming Event” → “My Tickets”

Add a Shortcut to Your Home Screen (Mobile)

  1. Open the share menu in your mobile browser.
  2. Select “Add to Home Screen.”
    • On some devices, you may need to tap “More” first.
  3. A shortcut featuring the Candlelight logo will be added to your home screen.
