Community Donation Requests

Candlelight is happy to donate ticket vouchers to 501(c)(3) organizations that fit within our philanthropic vision. Please fill out the form below and we will respond within 14 days if your donation request is approved.

All ticket vouchers should be received in the mail within 2 weeks of receiving your approval email. Please provide a full mailing address (including City, State, and Zip Code).
