My husband and I attended Million Dollar Quartet last night and absolutely loved the show. I'm a lifelong musical theater fan, taught and directed musical theater for over 20 years, and have seen shows all over the country. This was one of the best performances I've ever seen, and honestly, the best show I've seen at Candlelight. Congratulations on an outstanding show!

Being warmly welcomed by the staff, seated in the beautiful dining room, being served a super delicious dinner, and …the show! Candlelight opened their 16th season with a BANG: “MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET”! And it is absolutely fabulous! One dear 92-year-old lady was rockin’ it out in the aisle and her daughter said she was over the top excited! We were too!
I have greatly enjoyed the production to the extent that I have seen it a total of 4 times. The last being this past Saturday (10 June 2023). Once again, I’m compelled to let you know how amazing this production is. I have one question, and that question is HOW? How did you manage to improve on an already stellar production? The dancing is better… How? The vocal performances are better… How? All I can say is, I am no longer watching a production of CATS. Instead, I’m watching cats. The cast has totally embraced life as a cat. The nudging each other with their heads, their posture, the playful nature of the cast interacting with each other. Just phenomenal and so enjoyable. Once again, I thank EVERYONE at Candlelight for providing a platform for these artists to showcase their talents. I’m looking forward to seeing this production 2 more times. I wish it had a longer run… but I’m thankful for being able to see these craftsmen as often as I did.
