Patron Code of Conduct



Candlelight places utmost importance on ensuring a secure and pleasant environment for all. We kindly ask for your consideration towards fellow patrons, Candlelight staff, and the venue itself. Candlelight retains the authority to refuse entry or expel patrons who fail to comply with our guest policies or for reasons deemed necessary by our management team. When you attend a show at Candlelight, please:

  • Be responsible for your own experience. Please report disruptive or inappropriate behavior to a Candlelight staff member immediately.
  • Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.
  • Adhere to the guidance provided by Candlelight staff. They are committed to ensuring your safety and facilitating an enjoyable experience. Our staff members are your main point of contact for information regarding building policies and emergency procedures.
  • Smoke, including e-cigarettes and vapes, outside of the building in the designated areas.
  • Please exhibit respect through your actions and words. Refrain from using offensive language, engaging in fights, throwing objects, or any conduct that may jeopardize the well-being of fellow patrons and Candlelight staff. Instances of verbal or physical abuse will lead to immediate removal without the possibility of a ticket refund.
  • Once the performance begins, please turn off your cell phone or set it to silent or airplane mode.
  • Do not limit the vision of those behind you or block aisles for any reason.
  • Enjoy the meal and enjoy the show!

Prohibited Items:

  • All outside food and beverages including alcohol.
  • Objects that may be perceived as weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives exceeding 3.5 inches, sharp-edged items, mace, and pepper spray, tasers, props/toys.
  • Animals, except service animals.
  • Laser pointers .
  • Selfie Sticks.
  • Marijuana and drugs without a prescription.
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, or advertisements.
  • Audio or video recording devices (Keep smart devices put away during performances).
  • Balloons.
  • Bullhorns or noisemakers.
  • Confetti, glitter, and other items that can be thrown.
  • Large hats or accessories that may limit the view of other patrons.
