As Colorado’s largest dinner theater venue, Candlelight provides everything you need to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. Candlelight is proud to be Northern Colorado’s premier group outing destination!
We’re delighted to offer exclusive discounts and benefits for larger groups and their
coordinators. Whether you’re planning a celebration, corporate outing, or a fun night
with friends, our team is here to customize your experience to meet your needs.
What qualifies as a group:
A minimum of 12 paying guests is required to qualify for group benefits. Season
Ticket Holders & Bring-A-Friend Passes do not count towards the minimum of 12.
Groups with fewer than 12 guests will be assisted by our Box Office at (970) 744-3747.

Group Benefits
When you book a group, you’ll enjoy:

- 10% or more off ticket prices
- $2 discount on service fees
- Convenient pre-paid gratuity covering the included meal portion
- More value for less – additional inclusions at a lower price than standard tickets

- 20% deposit due 2 months prior to your reservation
- Remaining balance and final headcount due 1 month before the event
- If booking within a shorter window, custom payment arrangements will be made
- Groups of 30 or more require a non-refundable $250 deposit to secure seats
Group Payment Policy
For groups of 12 or more, individual payments are not accepted. To ensure a seamless booking process, all payments must be collected by the group leader and submitted to Candlelight as one lump sum.
This policy allows us to deliver the best possible service and streamline the reservation process. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting your group!
